It had all the amenities we needed, such as a kitchenette with pots, pans, and utensils, a comfortable bed with bedside lamps, and a clean bathroom with towels and toiletries. The location was great too, with quick and easy access to town by car. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings, with wild rabbits and pheasants roaming around.

One small thing we noticed was that the floor of the cabin was quite cold, especially in January. We would recommend taking slippers if visiting in the winter.

I had a lovely 5k walk and didn't come across a single car on the way. Although it felt remote, there was a convenient supermarket just 10 minutes away for any necessities. The owner, Mandy, was incredibly accommodating, even allowing three of us to stay despite it being advertised for two. The communication was excellent, and she even posted me my forgotten phone charger promptly. I highly recommend this safe, clean, and lovely shack for a short and relaxing stay amidst beautiful nature.
